This was the perfect location for our girls reunion. Plenty of beds and the kitchen is set up for people who cook! We did all but one of our meals at the house. The view was spectacular and the distance to the beach a short walk away. We didn't want to do anything but relax and we were able to in comfort!

This house was perfect for our family. Walking distance to the park and beach. Beautiful views. The house is very spacious and clean. Great for kids, but I would recommend a baby gate for toddlers because of the stairs. Kitchen is a great size. Wonderful neighborhood. Loved this rental.

Good location with access to everything we needed. Walked to Moonstone beach with ease. Walked into town via the Santa Rosa Creek trail which was cool. Better views of the ocean then we expected and could actually hear the waves crashing at night which we didn't expect. We would stay here again.

We had a great Thanksgiving at Ocean Oasis. The home has everything you need to be comfortable. It's a fantastic location. From the house we walked to Moonstone Beach, Fiscalini park, and downtown. The views from the house are lovely. Highly recommend!

My family surprised my Mother for her 80th birthday, with a weekend at Moonstone Beach, one of here favorite places in California. The home was amazing! Spectacular views, interior was beautiful. Only suggestion would be a new bbq and perhaps a fresh coat of paint on the exterior, other than that, LOVELY weekend. Would highly recommend this home. Breen Vacation Station staff were the BEST. Thank you for making my Mothers birthday a HUGE success.

Had the most amazing time, beautiful home, a view to die for, the best venue for 8 girlfriends to get away and celebrate friendship. Bedrooms were very comfy and plenty of restrooms. Best of all was the beautiful living room, kitchen area to hang out and watch the waves and visit. All have agreed to make this an annual trip. Couldn't find a better place to vacation.

This home is in the best location! Settled on Moonstone Beach with a direct view of the ocean, every sunrise and sunset are absolutely beautiful! It’s an easy one-minute drive to Main Street in Cambria, where there are so many cute little shops and places to eat! This home has been amazing for our yearly girls’ trip two years in a row, and we just booked our third! Highly recommend!

"A Moonstone Beach Home "was a PERFECT choice for our family vacation offering 4 BRs to permit us where practical to have as many private rooms while not compromising on the location from a picturesque view nor a proximity to other local restaurants and areas to visit.

We valued greatly how clean and well stocked the home was with plenty of kitchen necessities to permit one to spend much time at the house one naturally would want given how wonderful the views were of the nearby moonstone coast beach. Being right next to the well known boardwalk and several excellent restaurants to include the Sea Chest and Moonstone Beach Cafe were a big draw to this particular location.

We had rented this property with friends about 10 years ago and rented it again recently. It’s a great place to gather, very comfortable and roomy for multiple guests. We loved the deck overlooking the beach and spent a lot of time there and in Cambria. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a larger rental for family or friends reunion.

We went with two other couples and had a great time. The location was great- so easy to access the beach and a beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for 6. The house would also be great in summer as they provided beach chairs, sand toys, etc. We'll be back!

It does not get much better than this. Breen Vacation Station and the home are both wonderful and we had everything we needed and were attended to by Breen immediately when we had a minor issue that did not affect our stay and even though it was the Christmas Holiday.

We LOVED this property and our time on the gorgeous California coast near Cambria. Our group of 6 was only there for two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice and comfortable spot for us to cook and lounge on the patio. Kitchen and appliances were awesome and the living room and bedrooms were comfy. There is nothing like being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean outside.

That house was everything we wanted. Across from the beach,the best view ever. We saw whales,seals,and other sea life.

We went to see the elephant seals and to Hurst Castle. Everything is so convenient.

Family dinner at Linn's was a must and enjoyed by everyone.

I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a beautiful view, a spacious beautiful house and a relaxing vacation.

This house is perfectly located for beach access and a large group. It is fully equiped and was very clean. Our only issues were with the refrigerator - it was turned to low or off when we arrived but the knob indicating the setting was gone so we could not tell if it was broken or what. Breen was responsive but I was glad we had a very large bag of ice to put in the veg container for the night. Some of the front shades are in need of parts and probably should be replaced but other than that, it was a great place to be.

never better! you can't beat this view! the home was freshened up since two years ago when we stayed here and i liked the investment. i was a bit concerned with the floppy, oversized rugs in the living area as they had too many ripples that seemed unsafe for less able folks. something to look into.

We checked into Moonstone House and immediately loved it.
Spending most of our time on the beautiful rounded deck in the Adirondack chairs and enjoying the view. Watching the waves of the ocean and the sunsets gave all of us a relaxing time.

Great house and location! We had a few problems that were fixed. One the key to the side door worked when we arrived but not when we got back at needed lubricant. Someone was there in 15 minutes to let us in and fix it. Second, it was very windy the first day and the Wi-Fi did not work. Our third day it was determined a new router was needed so it was replaced. The mats walking up the front interior steps moved and one person slipped. So we took the mats off the four steps...much safer.

The property was perfectly located, right off of a beach trail with a gorgeous view. The location and view was my favorite thing about it. It was also spacious and clean. There were a few things that were dissappintig. Online it said it had cable, however many channels included in basic cable were not available. Also, the microwave would not pop popcorn and often didn’t work at all. The dishwasher also did not open the soap dispenser to clean dishes. Our stay would have been more enjoyable if these items worked properly. However, we enjoyed ourselves and had an overall good experience. I would vacation here again.

Eight of us spent three nights at this house. Very nice location with ocean views. The house was a good size for four couples, lots of space, nice furniture. The rental agency was very helpful.
When we arrived, the windows looking over the ocean were very dirty and had not been cleaned in several weeks. Not good, when you are paying for an ocean view! When asked, the rental agency sent someone out as soon as possible (next morning) to clean the windows. One bedroom TV was broken and did not get fixed during our stay. For such a nice house, and being near the wine country, it was too bad that there were basically no wine glasses in the house.
We would stay there again, just request ahead of time that the windows are cleaned. Breen vacation rentals was very helpful.

The home was fabulous, we found and had everything we needed for our six-day vacation. Loved the outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Kitchen had most everything you would expect from a full-time rental. The huge living room windows and patio were ideal for us. We enjoyed the use of a small telescope to spy on ocean life (loved watching the sea otters!) and the large couch and chairs made lounging comfy. We were very pleased with this rental, and were satisfied we got what we paid for.

Some items that did not negatively impact our stay: there are no plastic drinking cups for kids, there are no beach-specific towels (we brought our own), the garage door came off it’s tracks, the only downstairs bathroom is in the master suite, there were no trash bags for the kitchen (we brought our own), and there is no wood provided for the upstairs fireplace.

The house is perfect for a family vacation. We were right across the street from the beach and a great park, fun for boogie boarding and tide pool exploring. There was an outdoor shower so we didn’t have to track sand in. The house was clean quite lovely and comfortable. We plan on coming back next summer. It was a wonderful experience. This house has one of the most extraordinary views and it is located not too far from the downtown. House provides all the required amenities for a nice vacation for both adults and kids.

Some issues noted: Internet was not too bad. Adults working and kids watching streaming videos at the same time does cause a bit of a problem. Better internet connection would be great.

Even if the main door deadbolt is unlocked, there is no way to open the door from outside without a key because the door handle is broken. It is a small fix but definitely helps a lot.

PS: Nothing to do with the house but Verizon has *zero* service in the house. Most others that came with me (who have varied service providers) also have faced service issues on their mobiles.

We (7 people) love this house and location. The house has amazing views of moonstone beach. Walk across the street and you are at the beach. We spent most of our time on the deck when we were not out exploring beautiful Cambria and surrounding areas. The house does have a few things it could upgrade (refrigerator,microwave,dishwasher,oven and front door locks.
The house was exceptionally clean but it did have ants in the bathrooms. Smoke detectors also was missing from one of the bedrooms. All that being said it was a great home and I definitely would rent it again.

I want to recognize Breen Vacation Station for there amazing care and attention. When we arrived, there were a couple of issues with the house that required attention. Not only did they show up to handle it, they moved us to an even more amazing home on the water in Cambria. They helped pack us up and made our stay stress free. Thank you. The place was fantastic with bedrooms for each of us, great cooking facilities and right on the boardwalk for morning beach walks. They went out of there way to make us happy. Very comfortable, well equipped home. Ideal for a family or lathering of friends. Beautiful sunsets are off the deck and evenings are quiet in spite of being on Moonstone Drive. It could do with some fresh paint inside and out, as well as a serious update on window blinds.

I and some friends rented the majestic moonstone house, which is located right on moonstone beach, with a magnificent view of the ocean! We were within walking distance of our favorite fish restaurant, and there was a boardwalk directly across the street for long, leisurely walks along the beach. The house was beautiful and very comfortable, and it, as well as the great service from the wonderful BVS staff, exceeded our expectations! We can't wait to come back!!

We found this rental pretty much as promoted. The upstairs kitchen and living/dining room were great with a magnificent view. Our family had a great time visiting in these surroundings. All bedrooms and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms appeared to have some mold in the shower/bath tub area. The place could use an update of towels and bedroom furnishings. We were disappointed to find that the downstairs bath was located in the Master Suite therefore unusable for the other bedroom. The downstairs 2nd bedroom guests had to walk upstairs to share the bathroom. We found only 5 wine glasses (unmatched) for 8 guests. Would have been much more impressed with a set of eight. Overall we had a great experience!

We enjoyed this lovely home for our 3 nights stay. All 7 of us enjoyed the views, easy access to the beach and comfortable accommodations. Hearst Castle was close by as was the lovely town of Cambria. The Sea Chest Oyster Bar Restaurant was a wonderful dinner experience for all of us. We would recommend this property. Would recommend the BBQ be replaced as it was in very poor condition and the upstairs thermostat was not functioning. Kitchen could use more of a variety of sizes of pots. Other than that the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking wonderful meals.

The home easily accommodated the 6 of us. Lovely view of the ocean from the living area and from the upper balcony. We could walk out our front door, cross the street and go either left to a large beach or go right and walk along a raised boardwalk all along Moonstone Beach. The tide pools are a must to investigate.
The fireworks on the 4th of July were wonderful to view from our upper story balcony!!! No need to go anywhere else!
We had some maintenance issues that will most likely be taken care soon as we brought them to the attention of the property manager.
1. Once we washed all the black dirt off the ocean facing windows on both floors, we could enjoy our lovely ocean view.
2. The upper balcony floor and wooden Adirondack chairs do need to be sanded and repainted. We had to be sure and wear shoes to prevent getting a splinter and put towels on the chairs to prevent blue paint chips from getting on our clothes.
Overall, I would recommend this lovely home to anyone interested in being close to the beach in Cambria.

This property has spectacular views, we watched whales and dolfins and had beautiful sunsets. We were able to walk to restaurants and walk on the beach which is across the street. The property was clean. The window treatments are old and some are broken making it difficult to open so that you can enjoy the view. We had a problem with the TV in the master suite. We called the manager and it was quickly taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and are planning on returning next year.

We had four small families stay here for my 60th birthday. Even though it was raining all weekend long... why was I born in January?, it was an amazing time. This house is child friendly with a very large living area and nice sized, well stocked kitchen. Another review stated that the downstairs only has one bathroom. Yes, that is true, but everyone in my family handled that "problem" quite well. Overall, I was impressed. We will be back.

We come to Cambria every year for Valentine's Day. This is our second vrbo. Though the company and location were awesome, the house itself was run down and needed painting. Things not working: upstairs air conditioning, stove vent, down stairs fire place. The house itself had an awkward layout, upstairs bedrooms had unattached bathrooms and a bedroom downstairs was a converted den with no bathroom or closet.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary at this beautifully located beach house in Cambria. The house was very well equipped and clean. The view's were spectacular and we were able to walk out the door and onto the boardwalk just across the street. This house is in an excellent location, walking distance to a few restaurants, and the views are amazing. It does need some serious updating, and the decor is pretty bad. We had to buy some windex the first day and clean the windows to enjoy the view, and we put away the silk flower arrangements because they were dusty and not pretty to look at. Other than that, it was well stocked, very comfortable, and you can't beat the location. If the owners updated it a little with some paint and some better windows, it would be perfect.

The house is across the street from the ocean. It was wonderful to sit on the deck above the ocean. The house was comfortable. We had tv/password issues that were dealt with reasonably. Could recommend easily. Beds were ok, slept fine. Kitchen had bare minimum equipment, so bring your own equipment. Old and dated furniture and carpet, but rental wise was fine.

This home is in the best location! Settled on Moonstone Beach with a direct view of the ocean, every sunrise and sunset are absolutely beautiful! It’s an easy one-minute drive to Main Street in Cambria, where there are so many cute little shops and places to eat! This home has been amazing for our yearly girls’ trip two years in a row, and we just booked our third! Highly recommend!

"A Moonstone Beach Home "was a PERFECT choice for our family vacation offering 4 BRs to permit us where practical to have as many private rooms while not compromising on the location from a picturesque view nor a proximity to other local restaurants and areas to visit.

We valued greatly how clean and well stocked the home was with plenty of kitchen necessities to permit one to spend much time at the house one naturally would want given how wonderful the views were of the nearby moonstone coast beach. Being right next to the well known boardwalk and several excellent restaurants to include the Sea Chest and Moonstone Beach Cafe were a big draw to this particular location.

A lovely home we have staying in before. However, I wish I had known they were rebuilding a house next door. Hammering started at 7:00 each morning, Monday through Friday. No sleeping in! Master shower hot water did not work either, so up and down stairs to use another bathroom.

We have stayed here two years in a row, since we love where this house is located, but the owners need to address some well needed upgrades. The faucet in the Master Shower is not working properly and it's something I addressed the last time. I was assured that it was fixed and it wasn't. It's stripped, so you have no idea where the hot/cold level is, which could pose a safety issue if you have young children. The carpet is dated through the living room and master bedroom. For the nightly rate that is being charged these items should be addressed. Lastly the internet was not working during our stay.

We LOVED this property and our time on the gorgeous California coast near Cambria. The home is about as good as it gets with regard to location and we loved the feel and vibe of this beachside basecamp for our crew. It does not get much better than this. Breen Vacation Station and the home are both wonderful and we had everything we needed and were attended to by Breen immediately when we had a minor issue that did not affect our stay and even though it was the Christmas Holiday.

your service was great. the rental unit had a wonderful ocean view. however it was a bit run down which was surprising given the daily rate. odd lower level floor plan w a single bathroom adjacent to only the front bedroom rendered the 2nd bedroom pretty useless for our second couple.

We have rented this home 3 times over the last 9 years and this time will be the last. The owners clearly don’t care. This is a cash cow to them and they have zero interest in maintaining the property to a minimum standard. Over the last 9 years, it has continued to fall into disrepair. It could be great, but the owners need to wake up and take some pride in there home. I have serious doubts this will happen. I highly recommend NOT renting this home. At this price you have many other options. If you don’t take my advice, plan on many things not working, jetted tub and fireplaces are just two examples. Plan on subpar amenities, pots and pans are trashed, lightbulbs burned out though out the house, exposed electrical, stains, no paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. The list goes on and on but I will spare you. This home used to be one of the best rentals in Cambria. It’s so sad to see what it has turned into.

The house is across the street from the ocean. It was wonderful to sit on the deck above the ocean. The house was comfortable. We had tv/password issues that were dealt with reasonably. Could recommend easily. Beds were ok, slept fine. Kitchen had bare minimum equipment, so bring your own equipment. Old and dated furniture and carpet, but rental wise was fine.

This house is in a great spot and very comfortable for 1 or 2 families or friends to share a vacation. Rooms are large and comfortable,however, furniture and bedding are dated, towels are minimal, and outdoor furniture is mostly plastic. I would recommend bringing extra towels, camp chairs for the patios, and wine glasses if needed. If the owners are reviewing, clearly this isn't the first time folks have mentioned this, these things matter to travelers. A desk would be great too for home or remote workers that might be staying, there is plenty of room for that but it's such a pretty spot you might kinda forget you're supposed to be working. :) thanks for sharing your location.

Our vacation rental was beautiful! It was very spacious for our group of six with plenty of room to spare. It was very clean and had all the essential cookware needed for a weekend away. The upstairs patio overlooking the ocean was breathtaking and we enjoyed mornings and evenings relaxing looking out at the gorgeous views! The sunsets were amazing as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and would stay there again in a second!

We (7 people) love this house and location. The house has amazing views of moonstone beach. Walk across the street and you are at the beach. We spent most of our time on the deck when we were not out exploring beautiful Cambria and surrounding areas. The house does have a few things it could upgrade (refrigerator,microwave,dishwasher,oven and front door locks.
The house was exceptionally clean but it did have ants in the bathrooms. Smoke detectors also was missing from one of the bedrooms. All that being said it was a great home and I definitely would rent it again.

The house is perfect for a family vacation. We were right across the street from the beach and a great park, fun for boogie boarding and tide pool exploring. There was an outdoor shower so we didn’t have to track sand in. The house was clean quite lovely and comfortable. We plan on coming back next summer. It was a wonderful experience. The management was extraordinarily responsive and very kind.

This house has one of the most extraordinary views and it is located not too far from the downtown. House provides all the required amenities for a nice vacation for both adults and kids.

Some issues noted: Internet was not too bad. Adults working and kids watching streaming videos at the same time does cause a bit of a problem. Better internet connection would be great.

Even if the main door deadbolt is unlocked, there is no way to open the door from outside without a key because the door handle is broken. It is a small fix but definitely helps a lot.

PS: Nothing to do with the house but Verizon has *zero* service in the house. Most others that came with me (who have varied service providers) also have faced service issues on their mobiles.

Eight of us spent three nights at this house. Very nice location with ocean views. The house was a good size for four couples, lots of space, nice furniture. The rental agency was very helpful.
When we arrived, the windows looking over the ocean were very dirty and had not been cleaned in several weeks. Not good, when you are paying for an ocean view! When asked, the rental agency sent someone out as soon as possible (next morning) to clean the windows. One bedroom TV was broken and did not get fixed during our stay. For such a nice house, and being near the wine country, it was too bad that there were basically no wine glasses in the house.
We would stay there again, just request ahead of time that the windows are cleaned. Breen vacation rentals was very helpful.

The home was fabulous, we found and had everything we needed for our six-day vacation. Loved the outdoor shower to wash off the sand. Kitchen had most everything you would expect from a full-time rental. The huge living room windows and patio were ideal for us. We enjoyed the use of a small telescope to spy on ocean life (loved watching the sea otters!) and the large couch and chairs made lounging comfy. We were very pleased with this rental, and were satisfied we got what we paid for.

Some items that did not negatively impact our stay: there are no plastic drinking cups for kids, there are no beach-specific towels (we brought our own), the garage door came off it’s tracks, the only downstairs bathroom is in the master suite, there were no trash bags for the kitchen (we brought our own), and there is no wood provided for the upstairs fireplace.

The property was perfectly located, right off of a beach trail with a gorgeous view. The location and view was my favorite thing about it. It was also spacious and clean. There were a few things that were dissappintig. Online it said it had cable, however many channels included in basic cable were not available. Also, the microwave would not pop popcorn and often didn’t work at all. The dishwasher also did not open the soap dispenser to clean dishes. Our stay would have been more enjoyable if these items worked properly. However, we enjoyed ourselves and had an overall good experience. I would vacation here again.

We checked into Moonstone House and immediately loved it.
Spending most of our time on the beautiful rounded deck in the Adirondack chairs and enjoying the view. Watching the waves of the ocean and the sunsets gave all of us a relaxing time.

That house was everything we wanted. Across from the beach,the best view ever. We saw whales,seals,and other sea life.

We went to see the elephant seals and to Hurst Castle. Everything is so convenient.

Family dinner at Linn's was a must and enjoyed by everyone.

I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a beautiful view, a spacious beautiful house and a relaxing vacation.

This house is perfectly located for beach access and a large group. It is fully equiped and was very clean. Our only issues were with the refrigerator - it was turned to low or off when we arrived but the knob indicating the setting was gone so we could not tell if it was broken or what. Breen was responsive but I was glad we had a very large bag of ice to put in the veg container for the night. Some of the front shades are in need of parts and probably should be replaced but other than that, it was a great place to be.

never better! you can't beat this view! the home was freshened up since two years ago when we stayed here and i liked the investment. i was a bit concerned with the floppy, oversized rugs in the living area as they had too many ripples that seemed unsafe for less able folks. something to look into.

Our group of 6 was only there for two nights, but wish we could have stayed longer. Very nice and comfortable spot for us to cook and lounge on the patio. Kitchen and appliances were awesome and the living room and bedrooms were comfy. There is nothing like being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean outside.

Had the most amazing time, beautiful home, a view to die for, the best venue for 8 girlfriends to get away and celebrate friendship. Bedrooms were very comfy and plenty of restrooms. Best of all was the beautiful living room, kitchen area to hang out and watch the waves and visit. All have agreed to make this an annual trip. Couldn't find a better place to vacation.

My family surprised my Mother for her 80th birthday, with a weekend at Moonstone Beach, one of here favorite places in California. The home was amazing! Spectacular views, interior was beautiful. Only suggestion would be a new bbq and perhaps a fresh coat of paint on the exterior, other than that, LOVELY weekend. Would highly recommend this home. Breen Vacation Station staff were the BEST. Thank you for making my Mothers birthday a HUGE success.

This house is in an excellent location, walking distance to a few restaurants, and the views are amazing. It does need some serious updating, and the decor is pretty bad. We had to buy some windex the first day and clean the windows to enjoy the view, and we put away the silk flower arrangements because they were dusty and not pretty to look at. Other than that, it was well stocked, very comfortable, and you can't beat the location. If the owners updated it a little with some paint and some better windows, it would be perfect.

We celebrated our 50th anniversary at this beautifully located beach house in Cambria. The house was very well equipped and clean. The view's were spectacular and we were able to walk out the door and onto the boardwalk just across the street. I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay within walking distance of the beach and wonderful restaurants.

We come to Cambria every year for Valentine's Day. This is our second vrbo. Though the company and location were awesome, the house itself was run down and needed painting. Things not working: upstairs air conditioning, stove vent, down stairs fire place. The house itself had an awkward layout, upstairs bedrooms had unattached bathrooms and a bedroom downstairs was a converted den with no bathroom or closet.

We had four small families stay here for my 60th birthday. Even though it was raining all weekend long... why was I born in January?, it was an amazing time. This house is child friendly with a very large living area and nice sized, well stocked kitchen. Another review stated that the downstairs only has one bathroom. Yes, that is true, but everyone in my family handled that "problem" quite well. Overall, I was impressed. We will be back.

This property has spectacular views, we watched whales and dolfins and had beautiful sunsets. We were able to walk to restaurants and walk on the beach which is across the street. The property was clean. The window treatments are old and some are broken making it difficult to open so that you can enjoy the view. We had a problem with the TV in the master suite. We called the manager and it was quickly taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and are planning on returning next year.

You book months in advance and hope that you have what you need. You arrive and find the house, the town and the location much more than anticipated. The house was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion we have is that in the non master bedroom downstairs perhaps some hooks could be put on the wall so there is a place to hang clothes, since there is no closet in the room.

We enjoyed this lovely home for our 3 nights stay. All 7 of us enjoyed the views, easy access to the beach and comfortable accommodations. Hearst Castle was close by as was the lovely town of Cambria. The Sea Chest Oyster Bar Restaurant was a wonderful dinner experience for all of us. We would recommend this property. Would recommend the BBQ be replaced as it was in very poor condition and the upstairs thermostat was not functioning. Kitchen could use more of a variety of sizes of pots. Other than that the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking wonderful meals.

Lovely Moonstone Beach 2 story home with 2 ocean view balconies

The home easily accommodated the 6 of us. Lovely view of the ocean from the living area and from the upper balcony. We could walk out our front door, cross the street and go either left to a large beach or go right and walk along a raised boardwalk all along Moonstone Beach. The tide pools are a must to investigate.
The fireworks on the 4th of July were wonderful to view from our upper story balcony!!! No need to go anywhere else!
We had some maintenance issues that will most likely be taken care soon as we brought them to the attention of the property manager.
1. Once we washed all the black dirt off the ocean facing windows on both floors, we could enjoy our lovely ocean view.
2. The upper balcony floor and wooden Adirondack chairs do need to be sanded and repainted. We had to be sure and wear shoes to prevent getting a splinter and put towels on the chairs to prevent blue paint chips from getting on our clothes.
Overall, I would recommend this lovely home to anyone interested in being close to the beach in Cambria.

We found this rental pretty much as promoted. The upstairs kitchen and living/dining room were great with a magnificent view. Our family had a great time visiting in these surroundings. All bedrooms and beds were comfortable. The bathrooms appeared to have some mold in the shower/bath tub area. The place could use an update of towels and bedroom furnishings. We were disappointed to find that the downstairs bath was located in the Master Suite therefore unusable for the other bedroom. The downstairs 2nd bedroom guests had to walk upstairs to share the bathroom. We found only 5 wine glasses (unmatched) for 8 guests. Would have been much more impressed with a set of eight. Overall we had a great experience!

I and some friends rented the majestic moonstone house, which is located right on moonstone beach, with a magnificent view of the ocean! We were within walking distance of our favorite fish restaurant, and there was a boardwalk directly across the street for long, leisurely walks along the beach. The house was beautiful and very comfortable, and it, as well as the great service from the wonderful BVS staff, exceeded our expectations! We can't wait to come back!!

I want to recognize Breen Vacation Station for there amazing care and attention. When we arrived, there were a couple of issues with the house that required attention. Not only did they show up to handle it, they moved us to an even more amazing home on the water in Cambria. They helped pack us up and made our stay stress free. Thank you. The place was fantastic with bedrooms for each of us, great cooking facilities and right on the boardwalk for morning beach walks. They went out of there way to make us happy.
