This spacious single level home has two bedroom, three baths and sits on the farthest extending bluff in Cambria, thus lending unobstructed views all the way up and down the coast line. Watch the whales, dolphins and other marine life while sipping a glass of wine out on the spacious deck. The living and dining areas also have a full ocean view so you can cozy by the fireplace and watch the ever changing sea on the cooler winter days. In the master bedroom, open your slider facing out to sea, and lounge with a cup of coffee and soak up the sun and fresh morning air. The house also has a lovely 6' fence around the large yard, giving you a very private experience.
This house is a block away from Shamel Park and a short walk to downtown where you'll find delightful boutiques and fabulous dining.

Titus Point - Ocean Front Views

This was a first time Sister's Weekend and in celebration of a 60th Birthday. The check-in and check-out process was very easy at Breen Vacation Station/Realty, just go and pick up your keys and drop them back off or drop them through the drop slot. All rental processes and procedures are handled ahead of time.

The Titus Point property itself is oceanfront, in a great neighborhood and therefore, wonderful location. The furniture, amenities and layout of the home are nice. However, "classic" does not quite describe it's current condition, as it is dated and in need of some TLC, cosmetic updating and general maintenance. It would not take much to bring it back to it's true stature and still maintain it's rustic, classic loveliness. The cleanliness was also an issue upon check-in, as there are locations on the old, shag carpeting, that a vacuum cleaner could not reach and old debris was left, instead of being cleaned in other ways. The shag carpeting is also in two of the three bathrooms.


The outside perimeter gates are barely operable due to rusted hinges and screech in protest every time you pass through. We shared our concerns and pictures with the staff of Breen's and they were acknowledged and addressed. This property is a slow, update in process project. Hopefully, the cleanliness issues can be addressed much more quickly.

Overall, our stay was good here, because of the location and and it being an oceanfront property. However, we would not rent this property again, unless improvements and deferred maintenance issues were done.

It is a great house, has great "bones" and it could be truly a Cambria Classic home.

Thank you for taking the time to review Titus Point. We're so glad you found our staff and procedures easy to work with. We believe in the "personal touch".
As I mentioned when we spoke about your concerns, we only recently took over management of this property. We have already made several improvements and upgrades and will continue to do so. The gate hinges are already being addressed, thank you. The driveway gate was recently upgraded with wheels to make it more easily accessible for tenants.

In regards to carpeting, all our owners chose their decor and the owners love this carpet. Although a bit dated it is in pretty good shape throughout the home. While I may agree, I might prefer different floor covering in the bathrooms, it is simply a matter of preference. That being said, we take pride in keeping our homes clean and guest ready. The fact that there were areas in the corners that were not cleaned properly is now being addressed with our housekeeping manager and I can assure you the problem will be rectified.

We hope that we can be of service to you in the future. We have over 40 homes and if not Titus Point I'm sure we will be able to accommodate you in one of our other lovely homes.

The location and view are spectacular. The home is older: electrical outlets under the windows and by the sliding door need work; the blinds on the main windows are not easy to manipulate. It would enhance the stay to remove the rugs from the bathrooms. The other upgrades are appreciated. But, we know these items and when we return to Cambria, it is only to this house.

Titus Point: Rest and Relaxation

Titus Point has been our perfect spot for disconnecting, rest and relaxation for 20+ years. This Cambria original ocean front property has amazing views extending from the Fiscallini Ranch to Piedras Blancas lighthouse. It provides opportunities to spot sea otters, dolphins and the occasional humpback whale. Relaxing on the large deck watching the beautiful sunsets Is one of our favorite activities. Recent improvements have added to the enjoyment of the home. However, there is limited Wifi access which can be problematic.
