Month long- Cottage on Hastings-#PH60

The cottage on Hastings is carefully appointed and well-stocked with essential kitchen supplies, the expansive from deck is a great location to enjoy sun, breezes, and fireworks on holidays. Love this house!

This was a prime location to enjoy the coast and explore the area. There was plenty of space, including 2 large bedrooms, a large kitchen and comfortable living room with views and the house was well equipped/furnished. The front deck was also nice though it'd be nicer if there was a plexiglass wind block. Breen was easy to deal with and helpful.

Rented the perfect home from Breen Vacation Station. They thought of everything, were always available for questions and even recommend the best bars and restaurants to try out! Couldn’t have been better!

The Hastings cottage was a great property to be for the month of July. The location is great, park hill is usually cloudy in the morning and clears by the afternoon; I enjoyed walking from the cottage to Marine Terrace along the bluffs through Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, and liked that is was cooer with the clouds/fog on most mornings; it took me about an hour. The front deck is lovely, there is a glimpse of the ocean, you can hear the waves, and the deck is surrounded by hummingbirds! Great if you bring your binoculars. The kitchen is basic and stocked for no more than four people, meaning there are 4 dinner plates, etc., and the kitchen table is super small. There is a lovely gas fireplace which is nice to light on the cool mornings and evenings. Note that there are two very comfortable love seats in the living space, and though they are comfortable, they are not big enough to stretch out on to read a book or watch TV; the other this I was disappointed about was that neither bedroom had a dresser. There is plenty of closet space, and suitcase stands are provided, but for a month-long stay I would have preferred a dresser so I was not living out of my suitcase. These two concerns were shared, so they may be addressed in the future. The cost is great, if my concerns are addressed I would consider a future stay without hesitation.
