  • This vacation home is on Ashby Lane, probably the premier street on all of Happy Hill. This house has fantastic views of the ocean and the hills/forest.
  • Click on the picture to expand it and get a better idea of how great the ocean view is (although I can guarantee you that it's even better than the expanded photo!).
  • The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

  • There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom. There is a huge master bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. This room also has a lovely gas fireplace.

  • There is a queen-size (comfortable!) sleeper sofa in the private loft den.
  • Sit back, relax, and enjoy a movie, book, or pleasant conversation.
  • The entertainment center has a big TV, cable, and both a DVD and VCR hooked up through the amplifier. You can also see the speakers for the surround sound.
  • The dining room looks out to the ocean, and can comfortably seat up to eight. You can also pick up an internet signal while seated at the far right corner of this table.
  • Quaint breakfast nook to enjoy morning coffee and natural sunlight.
  • There is a double-sided fireplace in the Master Bedroom. Just off to the right, but still inside the bedroom, there is also a sitting room.
  • There is a separate jacuzzi tub next to the shower.
  • There is also a gas BBQ just to the left of this photo, and an umbrella for the table, if you so choose.
  • This propane BBQ is located on the deck just off the family room.
