to make a reservation.
Before you proceed, you must read our legal statement. By making a reservation, you are agreeing and accepting all legal items listed below and hereby certify that you are at least 25 years of age.
Rental policies: • Check-in time is 4PM. This can be adjusted with prior arrangement. • Check-out time is 11:00AM. This can be adjusted with prior arrangement. • NO pets, unless previous arrangements have been made in a pet-friendly home. • NO smoking. (Otherwise, there will be a $150 charge taken out of your security deposit.) • Initial deposit to hold a reservation is $200. • Balance to be charged 30 days before your first night. • A $200 Security Deposit will also be charged. After check-out, your Security Deposit will be completely refunded assuming no damage was incurred. • Cancellation Policy – A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is MORE THAN 30 days out. If the reservation is LESS THAN 30 days out, there is a $100 Cancellation Fee, and a $100 credit towards your next stay at the SAME property. • There will be a house-specific cleaning fee added to each rental. The cleaning fee is based on the size of your group and the size of the house. • There is also a 9% Occupancy Tax added by the County.
